Angela has served as President & CEO of the Harford County Chamber since May 2016.  Under her leadership, the Harford County Chamber has strengthened its voice in advocacy efforts at the local, state, and federal level.  Additionally, Angela has championed pro-business initiatives through the Chamber’s core pillars of work: Advocacy, Connection, Education, and Cost Savings programs while fostering partnerships with other business organizations throughout the county.

Heather works alongside businesses of all industries and sizes, helping them to grow and thrive in Harford County. Her passion lies in helping business owners and entrepreneurs pursue their dreams and meet their goals. Heather has the first-hand experience of working at her family’s small seafood business as her first job and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from York College. Since joining the Chamber nearly four years ago, she has worked to fully implement a new tiered membership system, bringing even more value to Chamber members.

Kate is here to help promote all that your business has to offer – through digital ads, social media, email marketing, radio, podcast, and more! As a third-generation business owner herself, she understands the value of effective marketing. Since joining the team in August of 2018, Kate has implemented new promotional opportunities for members. With a background in marketing, social media management, graphic design, and photography, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Media and Communications Studies from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Mark Weber

Mark is a recent Business Administration graduate of one of the Chamber’s community partner organizations – Towson University of Northeastern Maryland. Mark’s projects include working on the Chamber’s CONECT (Chamber Organized Network for Education and Career Training) initiative and reviving an Emerging Leaders group within the Chamber. He also assists in member relations and maintaining the Chamber’s databases.
